Winning or losing depends on strategic thinking and planning before taking action and if it’s a losing battle its better to retreat.
It’s important to gather qualified and reliable people around you - partners, friends or a team who have the same goals, are in agreement, cooperative and trustworthy.
Hexagram 7 can also represent a police officer, security guard or manager.
In business or relationships there needs to be discipline and structure. There should be military like discipline with established rigid routines, obedience and high personal standards. You either need to structure your daily life and habits or overcome challanges or you will constantly experience defeat and empty victories.

When faced with overwhelming opposition or a hopeless situation, strategic retreat is the only correct action. Don’t fight a losing battle.
LINE 5
A threat must be dealt with properly by an experienced mature leader to have good results. Only competent people should lead, while others should support. Do not allow inexperienced, inferior people to manage a crisis.
LINE 6
The conflict or crisis is over, and it is time to distribute rewards to whoever deserves it and let go of unqualified people. True leaders must appoint capable people to leadership roles and avoid employing small-minded or unqualified people, as this leads to future misfortune.
